Our Food Preparation students delivered flavour and finesse with their lemon butter fish cooked to perfection and a fresh, well-seasoned shrimp cocktail plated like pros 🐟🍤✨

From seasoning to presentation, they showed confidence, teamwork, and real growth in the kitchen. Every practical sharpening their skills and building future chefs right here in North Leeward 💪🏽🔥

Today, it was a pleasure welcoming a health inspector to our Food Preparation class for an informative and engaging session. Our students gained valuable insight into food safety standards, proper hygiene practices, and the importance of compliance within the food industry. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Theopolis Franklyn for taking the time to share his knowledge and expertise with us. 👏🍽️

Our walk-a-thon is named Theophilus Shallow Walk-a-Thon in honour of a past principal who helped build the PBSS we know today. 💙💛

Although Shallow House was merged in 2025 due to changes in the school population, the name lives on as part of our school's history and pride!
