What an incredible showcase of talent, creativity, and culinary excellence! 👏🔥

Our team proudly presented a delicious pan-seared yellow-fin tuna with a citrus soy glaze and pineapple-mango salsa 🍍🥭🐟—a true fusion of bold flavors and skillful ex*****on.

A huge shoutout to our amazing team members Shanette Bowens, Dornette Matthews, and Cheval Ince for their hard work, passion, and teamwork throughout the competition. 💪👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

The event, held at the Kingstown Technical Institute on Tuesday 19th May, 2026, was a true celebration of culinary talent across institutions. 🎉
