Do NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS work?
Undoubtedly, Y E S !!!
Having looked through my 2021 goals which I wrote last year exactly on this day, I made sure one more time that all my written DREAMS came true and the ones that I didn’t achieve, all’s for the BEST!
So, my advice to you:
✅Take your favorite copybook (your diary, planner) and a pen (pencil);
✅Go to the room where nobody interrupts you;
✅Close your eyes for a while and think about your achievements for this year;
✅Open your copybook and start writing your gratitudes to the God for the achievements;
✅Write everything that had an impact on your life (mistakes, lessons, failures)
✅Then, from the new chapter begin writing, not ‘I WANT TO ACHIEVE’, but, ‘IN 2022 I WILL…’
✅Visualize every goal that you are writing as if you have already achieved (The uni you are already studying, the car you are already driving, the partner you are building a strong and healthy relationship with and etc..)
✅Make sure that you are BELIEVING in what you are writing!
Setting goals and not striving towards them is buying your favorite outfit and not wearing it!
So, now just take a deep breath and try enjoying every single second of your life!
You will get in life whatever you want ✨
