Today we had teacher training in PDC ( Andijan). Gulro Mamadalieva- trainer run her session on topic
" Improving Cohesion in L2 Writing", and “The three-strand approach to Lexical Cohesion”. The energy and enthusiasm we got from British Council seminars on February 7-8 seems like a huge wave that raised all PRESETT teachers and encouraged them to conduct their trainings. Thank you Saida opa and our honored consultant Rod Bolitho. Your power really lifts all of us for CPD action. As Rod pointed “go and share immediately in your home institutions”. The impact of these words is obvious, as you see. We agreed to meet every Tuesday at 1.30, if any neighboring Universities want to visit , please welcome I think it is useful to arrange a routine in PDC activities. This time we behaved like a team one person is in charge with announcing and sharing among teachers, one is for preparing the session and one is for room and arrangement. Participants left PDC with their thoughts and their valuable feedback. It turned out some teachers were in trouble in explaining exophoric references, discussion on this topic and tasks we believe was helpful. After training there was also feedback session to the trainer, where observer followed the stages which we discussed with Rod.
