This is what Children’s Day looks like at St. Andrew’s. 🎉💙

A puppet show, music at breaktime, games organised by our Form V and VI pupils, a non-uniform day and… a very special guest appearance that nobody saw coming.

Days like these remind us that childhood is meant to be celebrated. Loudly, joyfully and together.

Así festejamos el Día del Niño en St. Andrew’s. 🎉

Espectáculo de títeres, música en el recreo, juegos organizados por los alumnos de Form V y VI, día sin uniforme y… una visita muy especial que nadie esperaba.

Días como estos nos recuerdan que la infancia hay que celebrarla. A lo grande, con alegría y juntos.

Feliz Día del Niño a todos nuestros alumnos. 💙

A teaser on what yesterday was about…

This term, Ms Edbrooke is running writing workshops across all year groups. Each session is carefully planned, engaging and full of creativity.

Because writing is not just a skill. It is a way of thinking, of making sense of the world, and of sharing who you are.

Here is a snippet of the workshop in Form II.

Este semestre, Ms Edbrooke está llevando a cabo talleres de escritura en todos los niveles. Cada sesión está cuidadosamente planificada, es dinámica y está llena de creatividad.

Porque escribir no es solo una habilidad. Es una forma de pensar, de entender el mundo y de compartir quiénes somos.

Today we celebrate International Friendship Day as part of our Wellbeing programme, children worked on this topic in their classrooms..

Because friendship is one of the most important things we can nurture at school. It teaches us to care for others, to listen, to laugh together, and to be there for each other.

For the friendships that were born at St. Andrew’s and never left.

Hoy es el Día Internacional de la Amistad en el marco de nuestro Wellbeing programme, los alumnos trabajaron este tema en clase.

Porque la amistad es una de las cosas más importantes que podemos cultivar en el colegio. Nos enseña a cuidar a los demás, a escuchar, a reírnos juntos y a estar ahí el uno para el otro.

Por las amistades que nacieron en St. Andrew’s y nunca terminaron.

In Prep, art lessons are much more than drawing and painting.

Through artistic expression, children discover new ways to communicate, build confidence, and make sense of the world around them. Every line, colour, and shape tells a story that words sometimes cannot.

At St. Andrew’s, we believe artistic expression is a fundamental part of a child’s development. And it starts early.

En Prep, las clases de arte son mucho más que dibujar y pintar.

A través de la expresión artística, los niños descubren nuevas formas de comunicarse, ganan confianza y encuentran su manera de entender el mundo. Cada línea, color y forma cuenta una historia que las palabras a veces no pueden.

En St. Andrew’s, creemos que la expresión artística es una parte fundamental del desarrollo de los niños. Y empieza desde temprano.
