A Universe of Stories

The Watauga County Public Library and the Western Watauga Branch Library are perfect places for children and families to experience “A Universe of Stories.” The 2019 Summer Reading/Learning Program, A Universe of Stories, is open to young people, preschool through young adult, with programs, prize drawings, story times, and more.

Registration for “A Universe of Stories” begins on Wednesday, June 12th with an Ice Cream Social at 2pm at the Watauga County Public Library. This is a great time to pick up a reading log.

Children who join the summer library program keep their minds active and enter school in the fall ready to learn and ready to succeed, and don’t forget we have family story time every day at 11am, Baby Lap Time is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am at the Watauga County Public Library. All programs are free of charge.
