Curious Cubs Playgroup We are a playgroup with a program for kids 3-5 years old and their parents.

We want to create a space for kids to make friends, build social skills, have fun and learn in playful way.

Christmas cookie decoration.

This Monday 12/9 we are going to decorate Christmas cookies. Mikaela will bake some at home for everybody. Just bring please your own cookie icing packet and some sprinkles that all kids can decorate at the same time 🙂
I am sure we will have fun.

I hope you all had a great thanksgiving weekend with your friends and families.
We assume it was a of lot socialisation during past days even though enjoyable one, we decided to give you guys a restful Monday and therefore we won’t have curious cubs tomorrow.
We will see you next time 12/9 with a Christmas theme.

Dress up party October 28, 10:00 am

We will have this Monday a special Curious Cubs. Costume day. Kids can bring as many costumes as they want and they will play most of the time.
We will make crafts simple and make just a necklace/bracelet and a map.

If any of you have a small tent for kids at home could you please bring it? Kids could play in it.
Or also those mentioned box boxes are also still option.

After I assume a busy weekend we will start later this time. 10:00 am.

I think it will be great and looking forward to it

Nature trip on Monday!

Let’s enjoy nice fall together. Next Monday (10/14) we will go to the nature instead of meeting in gym.

We will prepare some activities for your kids to make walking even more fun. You can look forward to scavenger hunt/ spider web making/ and bracelet.

Get your kids excited ahead and have them decorate an empty egg carton at home as a treasure box for their nature treasures.
Also bring some paper bag or backpack where they can put more or bigger pieces.

Place: MacGregor park, Westfield on Hwy 38 off US 31.

Meeting time: 10:30 am at the parking lot next to roundabout

MacGregor park is stroller friendly but the trail is not paved.
Pack some snacks/lunch for energy and prepare for possibly cooler weather. 🙂
