ZHS continues to break records to ensure our students get the best education possible!
New records set this year at ZHS:
✅ Over 5,700 college credits earned
✅ 315 students earned college credit
✅ 81.5% of students earned at least 1 credit
✅ $1.2 million saved in tuition this year alone
And there's more:
➡️ 22% of the Class of 2026 earned an Associate’s Degree
➡️ Most did it while staying right here on our campus
➡️ 81 juniors and seniors have 45+ credits (a full year of college)!
In the last four years:
✅ 16,000+ college credits earned
✅ $3.5 million saved in tuition
This kind of success doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens because of:
• Dedicated teachers bringing college-level instruction into our classrooms
• Strong partnerships with our colleges (CWU & EWU) and CTE dual credit programs (YVC)
• Families who support and encourage their students
• Students who are willing to step up and challenge themselves
• And a community that embraces and supports its schools
We are incredibly proud of what our ZHS students are accomplishing—right here, on our campus.
And we're not done yet!
Next year, ZHS will offer even more opportunities through College in the High School and CTE Dual Credit, expanding access to both college AND career pathways.
This isn’t just about credits. It’s about access, opportunity, and changing what’s possible for our students.
Not every student has to go to college, but every student should be prepared for it if they choose that path.
ZHS students aren’t just preparing for college. They’re already succeeding in it.
