After a poor showing at River ridge, we rebounded with a better effort against Gulf high with a 2-1 win. Goals for Alex Nesbeth and Ivan Mejia were both assisted by William Poe. Bryce Wallace was solid in goal. We hit the winter break at 7 wins and 6 losses.

First time ever!
ZHS Boys Soccer beats Cypress Creek!
Since the school opened in 2017 Zephyrhills has been 0-6-1 against the Coyotes. That changed Thursday night at Bulldog stadium with a 3-1 win. Goals for the dogs by Seniors Alex Nesbeth (9th of the season) Pablo Alvarez (10th of the season) also freshman Andres Pamias scored his first ever varsity goal.

We are now 6-5 this year. With 10 games remaining we are 1 win away from having the most wins in a season since 2009. (probably longer but that’s when MaxPreps started keeping track)

We're on to the semifinals! Great win vs Hernando in the first round of the district tournament. Goals by sophomore Christian Clemens, senior Isaiah Meads, and junior Layth Alkhafaji. Junior keeper Martin Calhoun recorded 6 saves and gets the 3-1 win!

Last night we honored our Senior players; Team captain Isaiah Meads, Edgardo Perez, Yahir Torres, and Christian Mejia. A solid 7-0 win Vs. Central High. Junior Alex Nesbeth scored 2 goals, Junior Kamil Mehrab also scored 2 goals, Sophomore Christian Clemens added 1 goal and 1 assist, Freshman William Poe with 1 goal, Freshman Karim Rumbo with an Assist. Senior Goalie Yahir Torres got the shutout win.

Big win tonight! 8-0 vs Hudson. Junior Jaxson Rivera scored 5 goals. Junior Alex Nesbeth scored 2 goals and added 3 assists. Freshman William Poe scored on a penalty kick. Freshman Karim Rumbo added an assist. Junior goalie Kamil Mehrab got the shut out win, and added his own assist.
