The 1st semester class drop/add window runs from 3:00 p.m. on 9/2 to 3:00 p.m. on 9/9. All drop/add requests must be submitted through a form linked in the Counseling Office Google Classroom. Students are limited to one request. More specific details are available in GC.

ATTENTION CURRENT PM CTC STUDENTS: Due to Acceptance Day on Tuesday, May 19 (see previous post), PM CTC students who utilize ZPS busing to/from CTC will need to dismiss at 2:00 p.m. to catch a bus back to campus. Again, this is ONLY for PM CTC students and ONLY on May 19.

REMINDER - ATTENTION STUDENTS NEW TO CTC NEXT YEAR: All current 10th and 11th grade students who have been accepted into a Careerline Tech Center program for next fall (except Cosmetology) and are NEW to CTC next school year will be attending CTC's "Acceptance Day" on Tuesday, May 19. Students will have the opportunity to visit the AM or PM program that they will be participating in next year. Busing will be provided, and required, by ZPS. Specific details for the day will be communicated to students via email on Monday, May 18. We will plan on all new students attending unless you inform your counselor that you are unable to take part in this event. Again, this is only for students who will be NEW to CTC next year and already have a placement (not on the waitlist). Cosmetology students will have their own orientation at Tulip City Beauty College this summer. Thank you!t

The counseling offices will be hosting Co-op info meetings during Advisory on Friday, May 1 for current juniors interested in learning more about the program for next school year. Co-op is on-the-job training at a work site during the school year that can earn seniors high school elective credit. Please complete the form below if you are interested in details about the Co-op application process and will have secured a job by June 1 that will continue through the 26-27 school year. The deadline to register for the meeting is Thursday, April 30 by 3:00 p.m.

Attention PM CTC Students: Due to morning testing for all 11th grade students on April 21 and 22, one of the two PM CTC buses will depart late to accommodate the juniors who are testing. All seniors who ride the bus are expected to leave at the normal time. PM Juniors will depart at 11:50.
