These athletes aren't just jumping. Their vertical jumps are being measured!
By measuring their vertical jumps, I can assess their lower-body explosive power and neuromuscular readiness. This helps me track progress and create tailored strength and conditioning plans.

Have you ever seen an athlete with circular bruises and thought, "What is that?"
What you are seeing are the marks left behind from Cupping Therapy.
Cupping Therapy uses localized suction on the skin to stimulate blood flow, loosen tight muscles, and promote myofascial release. Studies show that Cupping can reduce pain, improve range of motion, and potentially reduce recovery times after training.
I often use Dynamic Cupping which involves active range of motion in conjunction with the cups placed in strategic locations.

S.M.A.R.T. Goal Setting
We often hear S.M.A.R.T. in professional settings but did you know it applies in training too?
Simply saying:
"I want to move up a level"
"I want a faster PR"
"I want to pitch more strikeouts"
isn't setting a goal. It's a wish without a plan.
By having a Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Timely framework, you establish a pathway to the results you want.

Group summer training sessions have begun! 💪 This specialized sport specific program is designed to increase speed and power to improve performance for high school and college athletes. Training will include sprint work, plyometrics, and weight training. We measure and track sprint speeds, jump height and distance, as well as training weights.
