Happy Valentine's Day from the students and staff at ZCS! We had a delicious special lunch with subs, chips, veggies, and sweet treats. At our party, we made bouncy balls and had a competition to see whose plane would fly the farthest!

🚨Don't forget about the ZCS Christmas program tomorrow night at 7🚨 Be sure to have the students at the school by 6:40. All are invited to attend!

Today, the younger ZCS students make turkeys for art class! They used a piece of wood for the body and cut the feathers out of colorful paper. They had so much fun!

The ZCS students will be selling HOMEMADE pumpkin rolls again this year! We will be selling them at the Maple Avenue Walmart on Saturday, November 23. (Please note the location change.) We will be there from 9 AM until the pumpkin rolls sell out. They are $6 each. Be sure to get there early, because they sell out fast! Thank you for your support!

Once every month, Mrs. Jackson and Mrs. Lucas prepare a special lunch for the students. This month, it was nachos! They made sloppy nachos for the main thing, and apple "nachos" for dessert. They also provided fruits and vegetables for something healthy 😉

Pastor Brown joined the elementary for 3rd recess today and played catch with some of the boys!

Don't forget to pray for those who lost loved ones on this day 18 years ago.

ZCS fifth graders, Markus and Molly, are reviewing nouns and verbs. They loved the fly swatter game! (The fly swatters are clean and unused 😁)
