American Freestyle Taekwondo

American Freestyle Taekwondo Tae kwon do program in Zanesville. Self defense is an art, and being capable and being ready are a focus of our club.

An attacker almost always leaves himself open and vulnerable when making an attack. A person trained in self defense should be able to stop the attack with a successfully implemented hold, kick or punch. Not being there is the best defense, but looking for those vulnerabilities and weaknesses of your opponent when you are in that situation is the basic elements behind our style.
