These five Vet Assisting & Animal Care seniors came in on their last day off before school started to present to the new junior class.

They created an informative slideshow of their Work-Based Learning Summer Internships in animal care at Brandywine Hospital for Pets, The Wilds and Blum Stoneburner Stables. They also included their experiences with the program's summer animal project and a "what-to-expect" rundown of their junior year.

To top it off, they introduced the juniors to some of the animals they will care for in the program, offering hands-on opportunities to hold their new animal friends.

Way to go seniors! We are so proud of you for sharing your wealth of knowledge with the new class!

Several program instructors took advantage of the beautiful weather and led their students around the Zanesville Campus so they could learn the layout of their new school. 🔅

The students were able to locate the classes they have outside of their career-tech labs, along with the really important areas like the bathrooms, lunchroom and office. 🥗🍕

We understand students can feel nervous at a new campus, so we hope to help them feel comfortable in their new surroundings! 😊
