Sometimes the smallest words can make the biggest difference.

At FCA, we’ve created our Tiny Acts of Creative Kindness Wall—an interactive art installation where our students have a space to fill the walls with encouraging words, doodles, prayers, Scripture, and little reminders that someone is seen, loved, and valued.

What started as a blank piece of paper is already becoming something beautiful—a reflection of the loving culture we want to build at FCA.

Every little message matters.
Because we believe our students aren’t just learning how to succeed—they’re learning how to love one another, encourage one another, and build one another up.

“Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11

And we can’t wait to watch this wall—and the hearts behind it—grow throughout the year.

It’s finally here! FCA Volleyball’s FIRST GAME of the season!

We are SO excited for Coach Naomi and our FCA girls! They’ve been putting in the work and training hard all summer & they get to take the court this evening. The Lions will take on The Brighton School Bengals in Baton Rouge!

🫀 ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY IN ACTION!

Today, our Juniors got to take what they’re learning in Anatomy & Physiology and put it to the test!

They explored blood pressure by comparing readings while standing, lying down, and being active—all while learning how the heart and circulatory system respond to changes in the body.

At FCA, we love giving students opportunities to learn it, test it, and understand why it matters in the real world. 🩵 Thank you Mrs. Elizabeth & nursing student, Mrs. Emily Grace for making class awesome today!

It’s only the FIRST WEEK of school, and Mrs. Monique’s 6th grade class is already getting their hands messy!

This week, our 6th graders have been studying Ancient Egypt and learning about the incredible ways papyrus was used—including by early scientists and physicians to record medical notes and even as bandages. And now… they’re making their very own papyrus!

This is what we LOVE about learning at FCA.
It’s not just reading about history in a textbook—it’s experiencing it, creating it and making it come alive.

We are so excited to have Ms. Ryann joining the FCA family as an addition to our theatre department!

Ryann has been involved in theatre since the eighth grade and brings years of experience both onstage and behind the scenes. Her background includes community theatre and three years of collegiate theatre study, where she participated in numerous productions and continued growing as a performer and theatre artist.

Her experience includes musical theatre, stage combat, acting, and live production, giving her a well-rounded perspective to share with her students. But even more than her experience, she brings a passion for the creativity, confidence, collaboration, and community that theatre can build.

We can’t wait to see the stories our students will tell, the gifts they’ll discover, and the confidence they’ll gain both on and off the stage!

Day 3 at FCA 🩵🦁

Tomorrow is Day 3 at FCA, and we just have to take a moment to celebrate our incredible teachers.

They have spent long hours preparing, planning, praying, and pouring their hearts into this school—and they are READY! These teachers are committed and dedicated to the mission of FCA. They love Jesus, they love their students, and they want to see Jesus lifted high in everything they do.

This group is truly something special. FCA would not be the place it is without these people. They bring so much love, joy, dedication, and purpose to our school, and we are incredibly thankful for each and every one of them.

Our teachers are loved. Our teachers are appreciated. And we are SO thankful God brought this amazing group together at FCA.

HAPPY 1ST DAY, LIONS!! 🦁

So many happy faces this morning as we welcomed our FCA families back to campus! There’s just something so special about the first day. New backpacks, big smiles, excited kiddos, and a whole lot of JOY!

We started our morning together in Chapel, and WOW… what a beautiful way to begin our school year. Student-led worship is something so special, and watching our students lead their classmates in worship was such a sweet reminder of what FCA is all about.

And we loved seeing our Pre-K4 & Kindergarten moms and dads get to visit and connect after dropping off their littles. Those first-day-of-school conversations and new friendships are the beginning of something really special!

SCHOOL STARTS TOMORROW!!!

YEAR 4, LET’S GO!!! 🦁🩵

We are kicking off our first day with Chapel at 9:00 AM, and we would LOVE for our FCA families to join us!

A few quick notes for tomorrow morning:

🦁 Joining us for Chapel? Please park at the front parking lot and walk in through the front doors with your student.

🦁 Not able to stay for Chapel? No worries! Please use normal carpool and drop your student off on the FCA side of the building.

We are SO excited for Year 4 at FCA! We have so many new families, new students, new teachers, and new adventures ahead—and we truly believe God has been in every detail. Watching this fourth year unfold has been amazing, and we can’t wait to see what He has in store!

Last night was so special. 🩵

The Women’s Conference at Fellowship Church was filled with FCA moms and several of our teenage girls joined us too! What a beautiful reminder of the gift it is to have opportunities like this for the women in our community to come together, encourage one another, and most importantly, experience Jesus together.

There is something so special about watching our FCA families grow not only in community with one another, but in their faith.

We are so grateful for nights like last night and for a church that creates space for women and families to worship, connect, and be refreshed.

Thank you, Fellowship Church, for such a special night!

We’re kicking off something NEW at FCA, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Introducing Mr. Cayden Walls — FCA’s FIRST-EVER Theatre Teacher! 🦁🎬

Cayden is from Central, LA, and recently graduated from Louisiana Christian University with degrees in Theatre and Communications. He has also spent the past four summers serving with FUGE Camps, bringing his love for students, creativity, and ministry together in some pretty incredible ways.

Now, he’s bringing all of that to FCA!

We are SO excited to see what Cayden brings to our students and to watch a brand-new chapter of creativity, confidence, music and THEATRE begin at Fellowship Christian Academy.
