As you know, there's a push to severely restrict Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESAs) this year, which may strongly affect Christian Schools accepting ESA funding. Here's an opportunity to do something about it.

There's a deal that's going to be pushed in the Arizona legislature this week to have the Teachers Unions remove the Protect Education Act (which harms ESAs) in exchange for the legislature removing the so-called "union-buster" HCR2040 bill. This deal is being pushed by candidate for Governor Andy Biggs.

This is much better than similar compromise deals discussed over the past couple of weeks.

I am recommending that you contact your legislators to advocate for this compromise deal.

I just learned of this potential deal from a contact at The Heritage Foundation. Hopefully, there will be more information readily available on the internet early this week.
