As a coach, one of the things Iโm most proud of is seeing my cheerleaders involved in so much more than just CHEER! ๐๐ค๐ฃ
Our program gives students the opportunity to be multi-sport athletes and involved in multiple clubs, organizations, and activitiesโand so many of our Criminal Cheerleaders take full advantage of it!
A special shoutout to our JV Captain Jessica, who is a perfect example of that! ๐ Jessica stays involved, represents Yuma High in multiple ways, and still shows up ready to lead and give her all to her squad. THAT is what being a student-athlete and leader is all about! ๐๐ฅ
And sheโs definitely not the only one! We have so many cheerleaders balancing sports, clubs, academics, leadership roles, college classes and other activities while still putting in the work for cheer.
As their coach, I LOVE seeing them branch out, stay involved, and represent Criminal Pride throughout our campus.
