Our YPIC High School students are hitting the streets of Downtown Yuma to support and connect with our amazing local businesses!
As part of their Downtown Hive Walk, students had the opportunity to visit and learn more about businesses and organizations that help make our community unique:

❄️🧠 BRAIN FREEZE SHOWDOWN! 🧠❄️

Our EOC Charter High School students brought the fun today! Students participated in the Brain Freeze Challenge, enjoyed a FREE snow cone, and showed us who could stay “cool under pressure!”

We loved seeing everyone participate, laugh, and cheer each other on!

🏆 Congratulations to our challenge winner!
🍧 Snow cones + brain freeze + school spirit = a great day at EOC!

🩺 Mind the Gap: A Hands-On Guide to Surgical Suturing🪡

Our guest lecturer gave EOC YPIC High School students an incredible hands-on learning experience during Integrated Science! Students had the opportunity to practice basic surgical suturing techniques.

Experiences like these help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world skills. Thank you to our guest speaker for inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals!

🎨✨ Our EOC Art Club brought creativity and smiles to the Marcus Pool Teen Night by providing FREE face painting for the community!

Students from EOC Charter had the opportunity to visit Yuma City Hall and learn about the many careers and departments that help serve our community. Students explored the facilities, learned about the mayor’s responsibilities, and gained valuable insight into how local government works. Thank you to Yuma City Hall for welcoming and inspiring our students! 🏛️✨
