Students from EOC Charter had the opportunity to visit Yuma City Hall and learn about the many careers and departments that help serve our community. Students explored the facilities, learned about the mayor’s responsibilities, and gained valuable insight into how local government works. Our student from EOC Charter High School had the opportunity to visit Family Dentistry & Orthodontics with Dr. Alex Freeman, DMD 🦷✨
From touring the office to learning about dental careers and the importance of oral health, this visit was all about stepping outside the classroom and into the real world.
Students gained insight into how dental professionals care for their community while exploring potential career paths in healthcare.
At EOC, we believe in creating opportunities that inspire, motivate, and prepare our students for the future.

We’d like to thank the and pottery instructor Alma Aspino for collaborating with Ms. Lopez and our EOC art class to provide a hands-on pottery workshop for our amazing students.
