Softball and Wrestling are off to a great start. It’s not too late to join. To play softball you must be a 7th or 8th grade girl with a physical on file. Wrestling can have boys and girls in grades 6th to 8th. You must have a Physical on file as well.

All softball games will be played away. We will have wrestling home matches.

Wrestling and Softball will begin the first week of school. You must have a Physical on file.

We are proud that our campus had the opportunity to host STEMKAMP for learners from across the district! It was a great week of hands-on STEM learning, collaboration, and summer enrichment! ☀️🔬

Today during Summer Camp, our teachers and students had the honor of presenting Mrs. Veronica Santiago with a Founding Teacher Award. Since Ron Watson Middle School opened in 2004, she has dedicated herself to our students, staff, and school community.

While we will miss her tremendously, we are excited for her next chapter as an Instructional Coach for our district. Thank you, Mrs. Santiago, for your years of dedication, leadership, and heart. Your impact on RWMS will never be forgotten.

Summer Camp takes over OdySea Aquarium! 🐠 From watching playful sea lions and adorable otters, to marveling at glowing jellyfish and petting stingrays, our campers had an ocean of fun!

The adventure didn't stop there, we grabbed Starbucks treats, explored the candy shop, and topped off the day with McDonald's.
A day filled with laughter, exploration, hands-on learning, and unforgettable memories. Summer Camp is in full swing, and today was definitely one for the books!

Our students have been staying busy with a variety of fun and engaging activities, including painting, making slime, exploring career opportunities, creating STEM-based projects, playing volleyball, and enjoying kickball.

Tomorrow, we're excited to continue the adventure with a field trip to the OdySea Aquarium! 🐠
We can't wait for another day of learning, exploration, and fun!
