Thursday 8/6 brings creamy Chicken Alfredo with green beans and a hot roll.

🍝 Friday 8/7, we're serving up Bean & Cheese Burritos with Spanish rice for a tasty fiesta. 🌯

And when we return Monday 8/10, Folded Beef Tacos with refried beans will be waiting! 🌮

Mark your calendars so the Panthers know what to expect. Your students are going to love these meals! 😊

What an incredible start to the year at Palmcroft! 🎉 Our Panthers showed up ready to learn, and we could not be more excited to have everyone here.

The Palmcroft Press is listed above --- but it's also on its way to you in red-hot style 🔴 (literally—it's red!). Inside, you'll find all the essential details about Parent Orientations happening this week, uniform reminders, and parking information to keep things smooth and ticket-free when you pick up your student.

One more thing before we wrap up: it's absolutely scorching out there! ☀️ Please send your child with a water bottle—hydration is our best friend right now. A friendly reminder to encourage them to seek shade during outdoor time and take things easy. We're all about keeping our Panthers cool and comfortable.

Parents: Don't forget that today is an early release day! Students get out every Monday at 2:15 pm. Make sure your child knows how they are getting home/getting picked up. With older students (2-5), make sure to plan which gate you are meeting at for at pick up! Gates stay open for 10-15 minutes after the bell rings.

Panther Families:
As we gear up for Monday, August 3rd, here's something important on our minds: the heat! ☀️ We're talking seriously hot temperatures, so staying cool and hydrated is our top priority for our Panthers.

Please send a water bottle 💧 with your student every single day—this is a game-changer when it comes to keeping everyone feeling their best. Please put names on them as well. On days with extreme heat warnings, we'll be staying inside where it's comfortable and safe.

When we do head outside, remind your student to seek out shady spots 🌳 and take breaks from running around so they can cool down. And here's a quick note: no jackets or sweaters outside when temperatures hit 90 degrees or higher (though layers are totally fine indoors!).

We're so excited to see everyone Monday morning at 8:20! Have a wonderful rest of your weekend! 🎉

School starts on Monday, August 3rd. Gates open at 8:20 am. (No sooner). Make sure to encourage your child to go get breakfast if they don't eat one at home.

Monday is an Early Release Day. All students get out at 2:15 pm on Mondays. Make sure your child knows how they are getting home and where they will be meeting you if your child is picked up.

The Mobile Clinic offers care for minor injuries and illnesses, vaccinations and well-child visits during the school day - making access to care easier while helping your student stay in school and avoid missed class time. Parents can also join visits virtually, so you don't have to leave work.
