Happy First Generation College Celebration Week!!!

This week, we celebrate the students, faculty, and staff who are the first in their families to attend and complete college. Being first often means stepping into unfamiliar territory—learning how to navigate college systems, finding your place on campus, and building confidence in a new environment. Yet it also means paving the way for future generations and proving what’s possible. Hear from AWC President Dr. Daniel Corr as he shares a message honoring our first-generation community and the determination that drives them to succeed.
