At AWC, we believe mental health is health.

We know many students face barriers that prevent them from seeking mental health help, including harmful stigma, cost of care, lack of transportation, or need for childcare.

That’s why we’re excited to share with you a new, FREE resource available to all Arizona Western College students: 3 FREE 50-minute teletherapy sessions through BetterMynd.

BetterMynd offers students:

• Zoom appointments on any device
• Availability days, evenings, and weekends
• Availability during school breaks and holidays
• The ability to select your counselor based on demographics, identities, lived experiences, and specialties
