Today we celebrate all of the graduates walking across the stage at commencement in Yuma 🎓

Congratulations to all graduates from Arizona Western College and our partnering universities, both online and in Yuma, including Northern Arizona University, University of Arizona, and Arizona State University. All of your hard work, sacrifices, and dedication led to this moment, and you should be so proud of yourselves. Today marks not only the end of one chapter, but the beginning of so many new opportunities ahead.

As finals week is starting, use these reminders to make sure to take care of your mental well being. 😊

Take breaks, drink water, and sleep well. It is especially hard to do self care during this overwhelming period, but one to two minutes of deep breathing or stepping outside for fresh air can assist you to be the best version of yourself👏

Had our very last meeting of the semester with a graduate school panel and looking back on the accomplishments of our club throughout the semester, it had been an amazing journey and we at the Psychology Club wish everyone the best and hope to see you back next semester for another great year!
