Last week we finished up positional escapes. So nobody can hold you down in a bad position, now it’s time to learn submission escapes. Coach Paul will be starting submission escapes tonight at 6pm. Just like every Thursday take what you learn in class at 6pm and give it a try at Ten Round Thursday, starting at 7pm.
