With increasing operational demands, workforce shortages, and the growing need for high-quality early learning, this meeting became a turning point—uniting leaders who share the same heart, mission, and vocation: giving every child a strong foundation in their most critical years of development. Decades of research show that 90% of brain growth happens before age five, and the quality of early experiences directly shapes school readiness and long-term success.
