No. This is a completely standalone vote. Whether other local county referendums, state constitutional amendments, or general property tax measures pass or fail on election day has zero impact on this school millage. Your vote on this initiative is strictly an independent decision about whether to continue existing local funding for Nassau County District Schools' safety, competitive employee compensation, the arts, and athletics. It is completely separate from any other item on your ballot.

🐝💚💛 Happy Custodian Appreciation Day! 💛💚🐝

Today we celebrate the incredible custodians who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep Yulee High School clean, safe, and welcoming for our students and staff each and every day.

Our custodial team was treated to breakfast and a bucket of goodies from our Ambassadors of Hope group as a small token of appreciation for everything they do.

Thank you for the early mornings, the long days, and all the little things you do that often go unseen. YHS truly shines because of YOU! ✨

We are so grateful to have you as part of our Hornet family! 🐝
