I was able to attend the joint MUSD/CMC Board meeting this evening. We have a lot of great collaborative work going on between the two boards.

Highlights:

**A continued focus on CTE. There are a lot of great programs and a desire to expand opportunities for both the student and adult population in our community.

**Dual enrollment classes. This is a great program to give many of our students a jump start to their college career

**Fees are being waived for college tuition at CMC for this school year. What an amazing opportunity for our community.

I came away with the impression that our joint MUSD/CMC efforts are focused on improving education opportunities for all citizens within our communities.

I am proud to announce my candidacy for the Morongo Unified School District Trustee Area 4. Please come to this page for updates as I plan to have a meet and greet in the coming weeks. My platform will be built around fiscal responsibility, Career Technical Education (CTE) and providing the best learning experience for all children within our district.
