Yesterday, E Center was happy to once again host the Help Me Grow Health & Development Screening Event at our Live Oak Head Start center.

We loved welcoming local families and helping our littlest community members take important steps toward healthy growth and development.

A big thank you to the Sutter County Children’s Commission for your continued support of our community and for providing valuable resources to local families. We’re grateful to be part of these events and proud to support healthy children, growing families, and a stronger community! 💜

Being kindergarten-ready isn’t just about reciting numbers or memorizing the alphabet. It’s about building independence, learning to share and take turns, developing fine motor skills, and growing their curiosity.



Even mealtimes are learning opportunities. Through family-style meals, children practice independence and positive social skills.

Every moment has a purpose, helping children enter kindergarten feeling confident, capable, and excited to learn.
