Lunch today! Turkey and cheese sammies with snap peas and green apples on our new plates!

Friday lunch! Cream cheese on whole grain ritz crackers, strawberries, celery and bacon(leftover from breakfast and a really big hit!) 😋

Today for lunch was chicken nuggets, mixed veggies and applesauce! While most of my kiddos eat their veggies no problem, the ones that don’t get hidden ones in their applesauce. 🤫

Ramen for lunch today! Loaded with mixed veggies and marinated tofu. A group favorite!

Zucchini chocolate chip muffins and a banana for breakfast! I love disguising veggies as treats!

Today for lunch we had organic hot dogs, green beans and my own homemade Mac and cheese! The secret? There’s actually no cheese in it! The sauce is made with butternut squash, chicken broth, nutritional yeast and some other goodness. Blend it all together and none of the kids can tell the difference!

I think I have the only kids in the world that don’t eat Mac and cheese in my care, because a couple of my kiddos won’t even touch the stuff from a box! It’s amazing to me, because that was the one meal I would eat as a kid no matter what..
