More than most people realize.

Terms like:
• placebo
• inert
• randomized control

sound straightforward.

But their meaning depends on how they are defined and applied in a study.

When evaluating research, scientists look closely at:
• what is used as a control
• how comparison groups are structured
• what “inert” actually means in context
• how outcomes are measured

Small differences in definitions can lead to very different interpretations of the same data.

That’s why scientific debates often aren’t just about results.

They’re about:
methodology, terminology, and interpretation.

Understanding research requires more than reading conclusions.

It requires understanding how the study was built from the ground up.

Hello Honkers!! The reunion committee for the class of '76 has begun preparations for our 50th High School Reunion!! We are excited to plan this extra special event for you and hope you will plan to attend! We hope to have a date and a venue secured soon and will announce that information here on Facebook, so please check back often. Please feel free to reach out to a committee member for more information AND MOST IMPORTANTLY please reach out with any updated personal contact information that may have changed since 2016. *Any information that you share with us is for the purpose of implementing this reunion only.

We are going to need YOUR help finding classmates. This is always a huge issue for a reunion committee. Finding individuals in a class of over 600 after 50 years is a difficult task so PLEASE help us!! When we are planning a reunion people often offer their help and if you wish to do so this is one way you can...

This is what we need from each of you...

1) Share this post and any future posts you find here in your own feed often (at least once a week).

2) Message one of us with your information regardless of whether you think we already have it or not.

3) please reach out to people you have stayed in contact with from our class and ask them for their personal contact information and forward that to us either through messenger or directly to a member of the committee.

4) Do some research from your own resources and share that with us.

5) The most important thing you can do to help us is come to your reunion, we are excited to see you!!

Wow!! The class of '76 is one year away from celebrating our 50th high school reunion! It's almost time to get this party started and WE NEED YOUR HELP!! Help us track down and notify as many people from our class as possible.

1. PLEASE share this post with our fellow graduates that are on your friends list or just share it to your feed, share it often. Share it to instagram and threads or any other social media platform you happen to be on.

2. If you know someone who isn't on FB and you're in touch with that person please reach out and ask them for their contact info and message me (Vivian Chlarson-Hoffart) with the information so we can keep them updated on the details as they develop.

3. If you have ANY leads or information on individuals in our class please message me. The most difficult part of planning a reunion is locating people. We want this to be our biggest and best reunion ever and we can't make that happen without YOUR help!
