It's almost Spring!

It's the Vernal Equinox, when the Sun appears to rise almost exactly due east and sets almost exactly due west. Behind the Scenes: The current projector at the EMU Planetarium offers a resolution of 1024x1024 across the 180 degree circle of projection. That's over a million pixels for your eyes to enjoy.

Soon, with our planned projection upgrade we will be running at 2400x2400 with more than five times the total pixels projected on our dome!
