Good morning! Happy Saturday. We are back to winter perhaps. Not complaining. Just wanted to share Turmeric Pasta what we launched recently in stores and online. We listen to our patrons. They wanted Pasta with lesser carb like Parboiled Basmati Rice what we use for Turmeric Rice and other Meals. It has of 38 as compared to 56 for Brown rice and 89 for white rice. Reference for GI is 100 for white breads & sugar. Luckily we have had ready solution- Made in Michigan Banza Chickpeas Pasta. We just added to it and its RTE. 25% less carbs with twice more and 3 times more than normal pasta and . Can you get a better deal? Mix with Curry & enjoy!

Back again! reminds us of farmers markets which we attended last year almost all over South eastern . Thank you for giving us visibility all over Michigan and we would always remember staff members, fellow vendors and the patrons. One patron from Port Huron always asked us to put our products in Fresh Thyme in Troy at Big Beaver road. So many memories!

Good Evening! Very tough time for all of us! Let us stay strong & stay healthy. One big news from our end. We completed our transformation to Plant based food vendor this week. We replaced dairy cream with Cashew nut sauce and Paneer, Indian cheese wirh Chickpeas. Its is not that simple though like changing 2 items. We use HPP to keep our food Fresh and we wanted to ensure same or similar flavor for new recipes. The basic philosophy behind this step is simple - we don't want to sell anything which we don't eat at home when we claim bringing home style food to your doorsteps. Like i never saw my Grandmom or Mom using dairy cream in their kitchen . May be they used cashew nut sauce as India is 2nd largest producer, Vietnam is No 1. Paneer we eat once a month perhaps whereas Chickpeas along with other legumes are our staple food. Share your feedback and ask questions if you have any for our new offerings.

Happy Monday! Just delivered at Bridge Street market in Grand Rapids , the first 'Made in Michigan' from Meijer. Second one is Woodward corner market in Royal Oak. You have to visit them to believe it. We as Michigan food vendors have found a special space in both these stores like so many fellow vendors.
