I've extended registration until 2p on the 14th for Let Lighten the Darkness rest experience on Saturday. Space still available.

In this email update I share about the long dark as shared by my teacher Francis Weller and finding our way together.

Here's a blip:
It is largely my tending, work, and practice with grief, my bodymind and rest that supports me moving through the dark and supports me in supporting others moving through the dark. That I connect to my imagination and cultivate connections and collaborations that are of the heart and that allow my arms to be put around immense things such as love, compassion, and devotion to that which brings life, creation, well-being and healing. That love and lightness and rest alchemize the dark. I say this often, that this is a practice. It isn’t a one and done. Something that I return to over and over again. When I forget, the practice is in re-membering, finding the way with & through the darkness.

Making space in our busy, stressful and chaotic lives to rest is so crucial for our body (especially our nervous systems), our minds, and souls.
