*Intuitive Yoga is a class that I have designed to use the guidance of spirit from Tarot/Oracle cards to choose the theme of the class ie. community, breath, here and now, etc. All the movements and techniques will be lead from the inspiration of the card. All the same great basics that you have become used to with a different spin.
No need to have previous experience.
Classes will be gentle movement.
