For decades, the Eastern Michigan University Forensics program has been shaped by passionate leaders, competitors, coaches, and supporters who helped build its tradition and this year’s Hall of Fame inductees are no exception.

We’re proud of our very own Olivia Wetzel for earning a spot on the American Forensic Association All-American Speech Team!

This award goes far beyond competitive success. It recognizes students who embody the full mission of forensics: competitive excellence, academic achievement, and meaningful service to others.

Olivia represents all of that and more. From her leadership as our team president, to her national competitive success, to her commitment to mentoring the next generation and serving her community; this honor is a true reflection of who she is.

A well-deserved recognition for an outstanding competitor, leader, and human. We’re lucky to have her representing Eastern Michigan University 💚

Lovefest on Valentine’s Day just feels right 💌 Thank UWEC Forensics for an amazing weekend!

Roses are red, ballots are pink, we flirted with finals and survived a 20-hour van ride that tested every friendship. 10/10 would spend Valentine’s getting judged again.
