Ypsilanti STEMM Middle College

Looking for a high school with early college options that include transportation and allows full access to the benefits of a traditional high school (sports, marching band, CTE, performing and fine arts)? Students can begin college classes as early as 10th grade towards the Michigan Transfer Agreement and/or the WCC program of their choosing.

WCC Summer Bridge is a great program to help high school students prepare for successful dual enrollment and is recommended for current 10th & 11th graders who are not yet on track to take college level classes at WCC. Applications are due May 1st.

41 students hit WCC for STEAM Week! They enjoyed interactive workshops and student-led presentations featuring demos from YCHS’s Grizzly Robotics Team 66 and manufacturing CTE.

October 17th, 12 STEMM ​scholars attended the MEMCA (Michigan Early Middle College Association) Fall Student Leadership Conference at ​M​ott Community College in Flint. They had a great opportunity to connect with other early middle college students from across the state of Michigan and ​l​earn from each other while attending workshops centered on b​eing success​ful leaders in their communities. What a great group of Grizzlies! 💛🖤🐻

Drone pilot program offers Ypsi-area high schoolers early training for aviation careers – Concentrate A new drone aviation technology pilot program is giving students hands-on experience, mentorship, and a focus on real-world skills.
