It's that time of year again!!!! Our Foods II classes have just released their Fall event dates and menus. Orders are already starting to come in, and as always, there are limited quantities. Reservations can be made online at:

This week at WCCC Culinary we had our annual corn harvest from our garden. It is always great to show students sustainable options and how the food we cook gets to our restaurants. A new school year is just around the corner, and we're getting everything ready in the Culinary Lab! One of our newest additions is our hydroponic garden, where fresh herbs will be grown right in our classroom.

This hands-on learning experience will allow our students to experience the farm-to-table journey firsthand while incorporating fresh, locally grown ingredients into their culinary creations. We can't wait to see what this school year brings and all the delicious dishes inspired by our garden!

There's still time to join us! Enrollment for the Fall Semester is still open, and we'd love to welcome aspiring culinarians who are ready to build culinary/pastry skills, explore innovative techniques, and learn in a real-world kitchen environment.
