A new school year is just around the corner, and we're getting everything ready in the Culinary Lab! One of our newest additions is our hydroponic garden, where fresh herbs will be grown right in our classroom.

This hands-on learning experience will allow our students to experience the farm-to-table journey firsthand while incorporating fresh, locally grown ingredients into their culinary creations. We can't wait to see what this school year brings and all the delicious dishes inspired by our garden!

It is a BEE-utiful day today!!! Thanks to the support of many donors we now have an apiary on campus!!! We are always excited to add more sustainable efforts to our program, all to help demonstrate sustainable opportunities our future chefs can pursue. It was an emotional day as the students completed their last course and kitchen cleaning. The signing of the menus is always a great way to bond and leave a lasting impact on generations of students to come. Thank you all for your dedication and attention to detail!

We are now two weeks into our À La Carte Dinners and it has been a blast!! Students are focusing on combining all the skills they have learned during their time in our program with real-world experience. This is always an exciting class because most of these students will be graduating in less than a month!!!
