Hello Paralegal/Legal Studies Students and Community
Professor Antkowiak will be offering another CLE on August 23 from 1-4 PM. This session will be offered at Westmoreland Community College's Latrobe campus.
The first two hours will be a summary of new cases on evidence in Pennsylvania presented by Professor Antkowiak. The third hour will be an ethics presentation by Professor Jon Vallano of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. He will review the ethical demands placed on attorneys to search out and use expert testimony when it could aid the client’s cause. Professor Vallano is himself an expert witness, specializing in eyewitness identification.
The cost is still only $25 for 2 substantive and one ethics credit.
