The ARCA K‑2 Leadership Team had an incredible experience attending the Charter Schools USA June Leadership Conference in Baton Rouge!

This year’s theme, “𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞,” did more than just educate—it truly inspired our team. Our leaders returned energized, focused, and ready to turn ideas into action for our students and school community.

And in true ARCA spirit, they even brought along 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐝𝐲 as a constant reminder of our “why”—our students. Every spark of inspiration we gained is meant to grow into opportunities that help our students shine brighter than ever. ✨
