Follow these steps to submit your application: Log into the Penguin Portal and click the “Student Dashboard” card. Then, click “Graduation Application” under Records.

Today (June 8th) is the last day for students enrolled in AOP Summer 1 and 1st-7 Week courses to withdraw and receive a grade of “W”.

To withdraw from a course, log into the Penguin Portal and select the Student Dashboard card. Select “Register for Classes” under Registration. Select the correct term, and click “Continue”. In the Summary box, click the Action drop-down menu for the course you wish to withdraw. Select “Drop Course (W Grade)” in the Action Drop Down Menu. And click “Submit”.

The University is closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 25th. We pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who have given their lives in service to our country. Have a safe and meaningful holiday.

Today, May 24th, is the last day to withdraw from a full term course and receive 100% refund. Withdrawing after today will result in a grade of “W” and no refund will be issued. Have questions? Don’t hesitate to contact us!
