The Youngstown City Health District is excited to announce several upcoming back to school vaccine clinics!

Is your child ready to go back to school? Let the Youngstown City Health District help you get updated vaccines to keep them safe all year long. We will be offering several vaccines including:

Tdap
Dtap
Polio
MMR
Varicella
Flu vaccines (during flu season)
Covid

We only ask you bring:
ID
Insurance Card
Shot records (if you have access)

You must complete all forms in Final Forms and upload all of the documents listed on the first form (which includes applying for child care with JFS). We hope to see your future Defender in August! ❤️

Congratulations to Jair and E’Ziah, our attendance incentive winners!!! They had over 90% attendance for the school year and got to take home some fun summer games! ☀️🎉🥳

We had the best time on Wednesday for Fun Day! 💛 We didn’t let the rain stop us and had a building full of games and activities all day long. The students loved the Kona Ice, Outback Sky, and of course, the K&Y Bounce Houses! 🎉🐍🦎🍧
