Transformation is as necessary for us as it is for the caterpillar. Unlike the caterpillar we usually don't get to do it in ease and comfort, and not all of us surrender to transformation. Therefore, never soaring to greater heights. Transformation is about letting go and being vulnerable. Two terribly difficult things for some. Holding on to things only weighs us down, and failing to be vulnerable or embrace change will almost always mean a downfall.

It also isn't in ease and comfort that the greatest character is built. It is struggle that creates strength. Mistakes that teach the best lessons. Failure that helps us succeed. And surrendering to transformation that we learn to fly.
