Erin Pond Named Youngstown State Softball Head Coach - Youngstown State University Erin Pond, a native of northeast Ohio and a 10-year college softball coaching veteran, has been named the 10th Head Coach of the Youngstown State University softball program, Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics Ron Strollo announced.
