The goal of the Lewiston-Porter Central School District Social Networking Sites are to share important information about the District with our public and engage in open and respectful dialogue. To help us accomplish this goal we ask that you abide by the following guideline

1. This page is not intended to circumvent or replace regular communication channels for discussing personal/student issues or concerns, or for asking questions of a specific employee or department. Comments regarding a personal issue with the District, a school or staff member will be removed. If you have a comment/question of this nature, please contact the appropriate school or department.
2. Be respectful. Personal attacks or comments that are deemed offensive to any member of our community will not be tolerated. Inappropriate remarks and profanity will be removed.
3. Stay on topic. This page is dedicated to our mission - the education of our students. Comments are welcome as long as they directly relate to our District, schools and activities.
4. Solicitation comments of any kind (such as products, services, political, religious, etc.) are not permitted and will be removed.

5. Be factual. Blatantly inaccurate information will not be allowed. False information will be removed and factual information will be posted.
6. All comments and communication must come from a verifiable account. Comments made by individuals who are misrepresenting themselves, representing themselves as someone other than themselves or from unverifiable accounts, will be removed.
7. Have a question for a specific employee? Contact them privately. Do not expect responses to every question or comment posted.
8. Employees of the LPCSD may have personal social networking sites. Don’t be surprised or offended if your request to “friend” them is ignored. Our District encourages staff to keep their personal lives personal.
9. Abuse of the above guidelines can lead to removal of a specific post or may result in blocked access to the page/feed. Lewiston-Porter Central School District is not liable for the comments posted to this site. This site is monitored during normal business hours.
