Yesterday, our students had the opportunity to hear from guest speaker Jeremy Utley during his visit to YSU! 🐧❤️

As part of the Thomas Colloquium Lecture Series, Jeremy's conversation, “More Chat, Less Bot,” shared how AI can become a powerful partner in innovation, encouraging students to think differently about how they interact with and use emerging technology.

Later in the evening, Jeremy continued the conversation during a public session, where some of our students even had the chance to meet him and grab a photo after the event!

Thank you to Jeremy for spending the day with our YSU community and sharing his insights with our students!

Last week, we celebrated the achievements of our Ohio Professional Internship Program (OPIP) students during a graduation ceremony in Williamson Hall! 🎓

The event recognized the hard work, professional contributions, and milestones our students accomplished throughout their internships. These experiences provide valuable opportunities to apply classroom knowledge, build professional skills, and prepare for future careers.

Congratulations to all of our OPIP students on this exciting accomplishment! We’re proud of everything you’ve achieved and look forward to seeing what’s next. ❤️

This past week, Williamson College of Business Administration students connected with regional employers and industry professionals to explore internship and full-time career opportunities across a variety of business disciplines.

Experiences like these give our students the opportunity to build their professional networks, learn more about potential career paths and make meaningful connections beyond the classroom.

Celebrating our students making an impact beyond the classroom! 🌎

We are so proud of our YSU students who recently completed the Ohio Export Internship Program and were recognized at the Ohio Statehouse! Through hands-on experience with Ohio businesses, students gained valuable skills in international trade, exporting, and global business while putting their classroom knowledge into practice.

The Ohio Export Internship Program gives students the opportunity to work directly with businesses on real-world international business and export projects, preparing them for future careers in the global economy.

Congratulations to everyone who completed the program! 👏 ✨
