This past May, two of our sisters had the opportunity to travel to Prague, Dresden, and Berlin on a 10-day international business trip through the Williamson College of Business. From touring global companies and learning about international business practices to exploring new cities and cultures, they had an unforgettable experience. Here’s what they had to say about their trip:
Alissa- I’m so grateful for the opportunity to spend 10 days traveling through Prague, Berlin, and Dresden as part of an international business course through the Williamson College of Business. Throughout the trip, we toured incredible businesses, including BMW and Anheuser-Busch, while learning about international business practices and experiencing different cultures firsthand. What made the trip even more special was getting to share it with my sister Maddie and several friends from Greek life. While the business visits were amazing, my favorite part was having the freedom to explore the cities, try new foods, and create memories that I’ll never forget. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I’m so thankful for everything I learned and experienced along the way.

Maddie- This spring I had the privilege of traveling through Central Europe as a study abroad program alongside two of my Panhellenic sisters, as well as other members of Greek Life. It was my first time traveling internationally and I genuinely could not have asked for a better group of people to be alongside me on such an exciting journey. Honestly, what made the trip so special was being able to explore new cities with people who I consider family, and I know that this trip is something I’ll carry with me for years to come!

Congrats to our 9 not-so-baby turtles anymore!! 🐢💚 We initiated 9 of our girls and couldn’t be more excited to officially welcome them home. So proud of each and every one of you—this is just the beginning!! ✨

We’re also so happy to share that one of our Kappa Chi alums—Audrey’s mom—was able to attend and celebrate this special day with us, making it even more meaningful 💕
