YSU recently hosted the Reading of Names Ceremony to honor and remember our community members who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Students, faculty, staff, and community members gathered together in reflection and remembrance, reading names aloud to recognize the importance of every life and the impact these individuals continue to have on their families, friends, and communities.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this meaningful event and helped create a space for remembrance and unity. 🐧❤️

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave servicemen and servicewomen who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

As we approach America’s 250th anniversary, we reflect with gratitude on the heroes whose courage, dedication, and selflessness helped shape our nation and protect the freedoms we cherish today.
