YSU's American Foundry Society Chapter was the Grand Prize winners of 2025 Cast In Steel. The TV show is set to premiere on Youtube July 9th, 8pm EST. Today (June 8th) is the last day for students enrolled in AOP Summer 1 and 1st-7 Week courses to withdraw and receive a grade of “W”.

To withdraw from a course, log into the Penguin Portal and select the Student Dashboard card. Select “Register for Classes” under Registration. Select the correct term, and click “Continue”. In the Summary box, click the Action drop-down menu for the course you wish to withdraw. Select “Drop Course (W Grade)” in the Action Drop Down Menu. And click “Submit”.
