us focusing on these facets of every young adult. Beilein Consulting will plan with individuals, sports teams, or schools for enhancement of their system(s) through blending the pieces of EQ and IQ. The program can have a profound impact on many systems. My passion and expertise speak to the academic and/or social/emotional at-risk young adult population. Often times students feel discouraged, disengaged, and unaware of what skills sets and behaviors they exude in which can be assets in many school teams, clubs, organizations, and potential careers. An IQ is not the definitive factor in a person's ability in becoming an impactful part of their school, community, or potential profession. Another system the program can elevate is sports team productivity and efficiency. The program can bring more awareness to the team's emotional intelligence. The more the parts understand themselves the better the system can operate as a whole. Identifying players behaviors, motivators, and skill sets can assist the coach in receiving maximum production from his players. If you have students or players whom you are not reaching or if you believe there is potential in the students or players, or if you have at-risk students or players who are disengaged, the Indigo Project and Beilein Consulting can have a major impact on making the difference.
