Students in Virtual Media Production showed off their creativity with a Christmas design contest using Unreal Engine! The challenge: create a festive Christmas scene. 🎅🎄

Students voted for their favorite design (no voting for themselves, of course 😉), and there was also an Instructor's Choice. Check out the winning videos below ⬇️

Our Broadcasting and Virtual Media Production students recently teamed up for an exciting visit to TCT Television studios in Akron! 🎥

From cameras and live switching to virtual sets and audio production, students got an up-close look at how the skills they’re learning in the classroom come to life in the real world. 🎬

Experiences like this inspire and prepare our students for future careers in media production. Way to go, ! ✨

On a day like today (brrr! 🥶❄️), we’re reminded of the importance of giving back this holiday season.

Help 's Early Childhood Education program in their annual community service project by donating gloves, mittens, hats, winter scarves, and socks.🧣🧤🧦

Donations will directly benefit Alta Head Start at Choffin and the Mahoning County Children’s Services Agency.

🗓️ Drop off your items at the Choffin Main Office (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–2 PM, on days school is in session) through December 17th.

This year marks the 44th year of this amazing tradition of giving! Let’s make it another successful year of spreading warmth to those in need.💙✨

Junior students in our Dental Assisting program have been spreading holiday cheer while diving into anatomy! They’ve been working on a Christmas-themed project focused on labeling the facial muscles and bones of the head and neck.🎄🦷

With creativity and teamwork, they researched and identified the location of each facial bone and muscle, turning their learning experience into these festive and educational masterpieces.🎅

We can't believe the first part of the school year is almost over 🤯 We're sending an early reminder about upcoming holiday closings 🦃❄️ Thanksgiving break is on November 27-29, and winter break will begin on December 23-January 3.

Today is World Kindness Day! 🌍✨ Check out how our YOUMed Academy celebrated by spreading kindness and compassion outside our building and community. 💙 Students spent the day chalking the walk with uplifting messages, sharing words of encouragement and positivity for everyone to see. From thoughtful gestures to acts of service, our students are leading by example and making a positive impact. 🌟

On Veterans Day, we honor and express gratitude to all the brave men and women who served and continue to serve our country. Today, and every day, thank you for your service!

Yesterday we celebrated our career tech programs with the highest attendance rates in October with a catered meal. Because attendance matters—all day, every day!
