Today our students had an exciting and educational visit learning all about fire trucks, firefighting equipment, and the important role firefighters play in keeping our community safe. They especially enjoyed exploring the fire truck and learning about the firefightersβ uniforms and protective gear!
A huge thank you to the Youngstown Fire Department for taking the time to teach our students, answer their questions, and provide such a memorable hands-on experience.

After learning about business, supply and demand, and entrepreneurship, students designed their own products and presented their ideas in a fun Shark Tank-style competition. π¦π

Miss. Dimaβs 6th-grade students recently completed a creative building design project while learning how to calculate the net surface area of buildings made from different geometric shapes! ππ

Recently, our students put their critical thinking and teamwork skills to the test when the Mobile Escape Room visited our school! Students worked together to solve clues, investigate evidence, and crack the crime scene mystery before time ran out π°οΈ.
