Today our students had an exciting and educational visit learning all about fire trucks, firefighting equipment, and the important role firefighters play in keeping our community safe. They especially enjoyed exploring the fire truck and learning about the firefighters’ uniforms and protective gear!

A huge thank you to the Youngstown Fire Department for taking the time to teach our students, answer their questions, and provide such a memorable hands-on experience.

✨ Learning history in a creative way! Our 6th Grade Social Studies students proudly presented their Civilization Projects, showing wonderful research, creativity, and presentation skills. 🌍📚

🕋✨ As part of preparing for our Hajj/pilgrimage practice our board member, Saleh “Abu Omar “ worked with some of our students to build a model of the Ka‘ba while teaching them the importance of teamwork and cooperation. 🤝

Miss Rumysah’s 5th graders took economics to the next level in Social Studies! 📈💡

After learning about business, supply and demand, and entrepreneurship, students designed their own products and presented their ideas in a fun Shark Tank-style competition. 🦈👏

From creative ideas to confident presentations, our students showed amazing innovation, teamwork, and business skills. We are so proud of all their hard work!

Miss. Dima’s 6th-grade students recently completed a creative building design project while learning how to calculate the net surface area of buildings made from different geometric shapes! 📐📏
The class was divided into three groups:

Each team worked hard to design, calculate, and present their unique project — and now it’s time for YOU to help us choose the best one! 🏆
